Perpetual Deceased Enrollment Card

The Perpetual Enrollment Card for the Deceased provides enrollment in the Carmelite Society of Prayer. The enrollee’s name is inscribed in the Carmelite Book of Remembrance at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and will be remembered in death perpetually in the prayers, Masses and good works of the Carmelite Fathers.
